You do. The author owns all rights to the final design, including the cover, interior, and eBook. We don’t ask for any royalties or charge a fee for usage, now or in the future.
If desired, we will provide you with all the source files associated with your book design. Any individual elements, such as photos, graphics, etc., are owned by the author and, if requested, can be provided as individual image files.
Yes. We have designed over 400 covers in nearly every genre including business, self-help, historical fiction, creative non-fiction, education, reference, memoir, young adult, mystery, thriller, fantasy, science fiction, and many more.
The book cover is finished when the author loves their cover. That being said, if a concept is agreed upon and presented and then the author changes the direction, an additional fee will apply.
Yes we can. We will want to take a look at your cover so that we can incorporate the look and feel, as well as fonts, from the cover to your interior.
Yes we can. Since the spine width of a cover is determined by the page count of the interior, we will need the final page count for your interior to finish the cover.
In respect to the design and formatting of the interior, it is complete when the author is satisfied. That being said, if design elements have been agreed upon, an additional fee will apply if you change those elements.
Although we only accept manuscripts that have bee proof-edited, we understand there may still be errors that may not be noticed until the layout stage. Because of that, we include thirty minutes of contextual changes in our design fee. Thirty minutes equal approximately 30 changes. Changes exceeding thirty minutes will be billed at the rate of $200 per hour.
Victoria is a computer file packrat and has client files dating back over 20 years. She will always have your book files in her library and can make revisions, at an additional fee, in the future if needed.
Yes. You retain all rights and royalties for your book. We will set up each book distribution channel you choose under your name or your company, making you the sole owner of your book. Wolf Design and Marketing will NEVER take any share of your royalties. Amazon and IngramSpark, will take their share, of course.

Yes. We work closely with many experienced editors that specialize in different types of editing (developmental, line and copy, and proofreading). When you choose to work with us, we'll help you find the best editor who is not only perfect for your book, but also for you.
Quite a bit. Which you choose is determined by the goals you have for your book. We will work with you to tailor a distribution plan based on your goals and objectives.
Yes. Both KDP and IngramSpark offer the ability to distribute you book internationally. When you work with us, we help you with all aspects of international publishing.
Yes. In fact we specialize in taking care of all the details of getting your b book live on the platforms that work for your goals. Then, we train you to navigate each platform, figure out how to read your sales and royalty reports and even run promotions.
We prefer authors purchase their own ISBNs rather than utilize free ISBNs offered by the various platforms. When you work with us, we'll explain the reasons behind this and we'll handle ISBN acquisition for you.

Half of all fees are due when the agreement is signed. The balance of the agreement is due when the project is complete. We accept all major credit cards and ACH.
